Ms. Zhang has rich experience in areas of domestic and overseas securities issuance and listing, corporate reorganization and M&A, private equity investment. 

Ms. Zhang has extensive experience in stock exchange (including Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Singapore Exchange) transactions which include Initial offering of new shares and placement of new shares, listings of A-shares, red-chips and H- shares, Issuance and listing of bonds and convertible bonds, Major asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, corporate governance and equity incentives for listed companies. 

Ms. Zhang also practiced in asset management, family trusts and corporate business. 

Ms. Zhang advised the preparation, establishment, change and acquisition of financial institutions such as banks and securities companies and assisted in the incorporation of the first batch of civilian-run joint stock banks in China.
