Intellectual property (IP)

Mr. Huang has nearly 20 years rich experience in reorganization, restructuring, listing and refinancing compliance, corporate governance for listed and non-listed companies, corporate reorganization, bankruptcy and liquidation, all kinds of dispute mediation, negotiation, litigation, domestic and international arbitration.

Mr. Huang earned an LL.B. from the East China University of Politics and Law in 1993. Mr. Huang was admitted to practice as a Chinese lawyer since 1995, and worked in two domestic law firms for several years. Mr. Huang joined Chen & Co. Law Firm in 1999.
