Grace Zhao has practiced as a Chinese lawyer for more than 12 years and mainly practices in the areas of capital market, mergers and acquisitions, asset management, funds, and financial institution compliance service. She undertook many Chinese companies' initial public offering of shares (including A shares, H shares), issuance of corporate bonds and other financing instruments. She also assisted listed companies to complete refinancing, major asset restructuring and mergers and acquisition. She has provided legal services on fund establishment, investment, management and exit for many private equity intuitions, including participation in negotiations, due diligence, transaction structure design, and transaction documents drafting and review. She has provided legal services for several commercial banks, fund management companies, securities companies, insurance companies, trust companies and other financial institutions for many years. The scope of her services includes corporate governance, compliance consulting and asset management product design, product documentation, investor complaints and disputes settlement.
