Our team has rich experience in coping with the compliance and crisis affairs especially for financial institutions such as securities companies, fund management companies, trust companies, etc., and we especially have extensive experience in handling the crisis of sponsor/underwriter caused by the fraudulent issuance of listed companies. Particularly, our team has participated in the establishment and the operation of the first special fund for investor interest compensation (indemnification) and the first advance compensation fund in the Chinese securities market. These two practices created a new way of proactiveness, efficiency and sufficiency, namely “advance compensation”, to solve the civil liability issues in the Chinese securities market that are caused by false statements of listed companies. This system has been formally incorporated into the Securities Law when it was revised.
